    lovely hotel in an amazing location close to everything, courteous personal. the rooms with private jacuzzi, a spa bath and kitchen table. location adjacent to most tourist destinations, and rotorua. amazing stay, as always.

    stayed here for 2 nights with my children, had a very nice stay. magnificent central location so close to outskirts of town, the centre and restaurants. also, there was teamsport go karting warrington, set within 5 minutes drive.

    The location is really convenient with eateries just across the road. I loved the outdoor space with a jacuzzi. The staff were friendly and helped with car hire!

    It was a bit noisy due to the busy road nearby, and the lack of air conditioning in the bedroom made for a warm night.

    The exercise facility key retrieval is annoyingly limited to the front desk's hours!!! Traffic noise from the busy road is unbearable, particularly with trucks and motorcycles revving by!!! Consider more soundproofing and 24-hour access to exercise amenities!!!

    It was just a prime choice for a whistle-stop in Rotorua with decent value for money. The heated outdoor pool made for a relaxing end to the day. Try to book a room away from the main road for a quieter night.

    The bathroom had a lovely warmth due to the underfloor heating. We particularly appreciated the nice kitchen setup , made preparing meals easy. The outdoor spa while lovely, could use more privacy from the surrounding units.

    I must say, the beds were, quite , a disaster. I've never encountered such uncomfortableness in my life-couldn't sleep at all. And don't even get me started on the rudeness of the staff, a dismal check-in experience that was just like a punishment. Definitely deserved at least a complimentary upgrade, but alas, did not receive it. Very disappointing.
